West Indies vs Zimbabwe – ODI (2010)
The lowest total defended in a One Day International (ODI) match is 83 runs, achieved by the West Indies against Zimbabwe in the 2010 tri-series.
In that match, Zimbabwe was dismissed for just 79 runs in 23.1 overs while chasing the target of 163 set by the West Indies. In that macth Kemar Roach took 6 wickets for 27 runs in his 8.1 overs, which is the best ever bowling performance by a West Indian player in ODI cricket.
Afganistan vs West Indies – ICC T20 World Cup (2019)
In T20I cricket, the lowest total successfully defended is 67 runs, achieved by Afghanistan against West Indies in the ICC T20 World Cup in India. In that match, Afghanistan were bowled out for just 106 runs, but they managed to restrict West Indies to 45 all out in 11.5 overs.

Pakistan vs South Africa – ODI (2013)
Team Pakistan defended the total of 123 runs against South Africa in the 2nd ODI of the 2013 series where Pakistan bowled out for 123 in 40.1 overs, but South Africa was not able to capatilize it and were dismissed for just 155 in 42.2 overs.
Zimbabwe vs Sri Lanka – World Cup (2003)
Zimbabwe defended a total of 130 runs against Sri Lanka in the 2003 World Cup as they were bowled out for 129 runs in 38.4 overs, and Sri Lanka were then decimated for just 123 runs in 42.1 overs.
India vs Sri Lanka – India Oil Cup (2005)
Team India also defended a low total of 140 runs against Sri Lanka where India was bowled out for 139 runs in 44.5 overs. The situation was tense but India managed to stop Sri Lanka’s batting lineup and cleaned them at the score of 109 runs in 38.2 overs.

In that match, Pakistan batted first and were bowled out for 159 runs in 43.5 overs because of the Sri Lankan bowlers, especially Nuwan Kulasekara, Ajantha Mendis, and Thilan Thushara, bowled brilliantly to keep the Pakistani team in control.
