Sharath Kamal and Manika Batra qualify their place on their rank basis and G Sathiyan and Sutirtha Mukherjee win their spots in their respective groups.

Tennis:

Sania Mirza qualified for Tokyo Olympics through her ranking and she chose Ankita Raina to be her partner for Women’s Double.

Sumit Nagal will be making his debut in Men’s Singles.

Weightlifting:

Mira Chanu will be the only Indian to qualify for Tokyo 2021. She ranked 2nd in the world, the former champion in the women’s 49kg division.

There will be seven wrestlers from India competing at Tokyo 2021.
